Co-Author Information: If your abstract includes co-authors, please share their names and the preferred order of authors. Additionally, please indicate who will deliver the in-person presentation.
Poster Option: If you are not delivering an oral presentation, you can submit a poster to be displayed during one of the sessions. Please note that while you can choose between an oral presentation and a poster, the scientific committee will make the final decision on your presentation format.

Abstracts are evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Step 5 — Notification
Authors will be notified by email. Presentation type will be assigned by the Committee
Important Dates
Abstract submission opens: January 5, 2026
Abstract submission deadline: June 12, 2026, 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE, UTC−12).
Notification of acceptance: July 6, 2026
Each abstract should clearly describe the objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusions of the work. The maximum length is two pages, excluding references.
Official abstract submissions for SoAE 2026 are handled exclusively through Microsoft CMT. The submission system is currently being finalized and will be available shortly. In the meantime, authors are encouraged to review the conference topics and submission guidelines.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
