**Optional activities are not mandatory and are available only for registered SoAE 2026 conference participants. These activities cannot be purchased individually. Participants must hold a valid General or Student Conference Registration to take part in the Combustion Training or Field Trip. Optional activities are subject to availability, limited capacity, and confirmation by the organizing committee.

All participants must complete conference registration through the secure checkout.
If you plan to submit an abstract, please use the same email address in both Microsoft CMT and your conference registration. This helps us match your submission and payment records.

Steps:

Step 1 — Complete registration and payment

Choose the appropriate registration category: General Registration or Student Registration. Optional activities, such as the Combustion Training or Field Trip, may be added separately, subject to availability.

Step 2 — Complete payment

Complete your order through one of the available payment methods: Getnet, direct bank transfer, or institutional invoice/purchase order. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment has been received and verified.

Step 3 — Provide attendee information

During checkout, please provide the details for each participant in the order: full name, email address, institution/affiliation, country, ticket category, and abstract ID (if applicable).
If any attendees are not yet confirmed, write “To be confirmed”.

For authors only

Authors must submit their abstracts through Microsoft CMT before the submission deadline, using the same email address provided during registration. After review, authors will be notified of the abstract review outcome by email. Accepted authors will receive further instructions for final presentation upload and conference participation.
